3794693 - Issue with Quantity Not Updating Automatically in AUoM during Post Consumption

Symptom

In the Post Consumption app, changing the Unit of Measure from Base Unit of Measure (UoM) to Alternate Unit of Measure (AUoM) does not recalculate the quantity automatically. When consuming materials using an AUoM, the quantity remains at the original value instead of adjusting for the new unit.
