3794733 - Components Not Visible in Manage Process Order and Manage Process Order Operations Apps After Upgrade to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

Symptom

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608, the Components view in the Manage Process Order application does not display any component data. The same behavior may also be observed in the Manage Process Order Operations application, where components are not visible despite being assigned to the process order.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Manage Process Order application.
  2. Set Status to All and Scheduled End Date to Last 90 Days.
  3. Select Go.
  4. Open any process order from the results list.
  5. Open the Components screen and observe that no components are shown.

Cause

This is a known regression issue due to the CE2608 upgrade. 

Resolution

  1. The issue affecting the Components view in both the Manage Process Order and Manage Process Order Operations applications has been resolved with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608 HFC04.
  2. Until the correction is deployed to your system, use the following workaround: In the Manage Process Order application, select the order number link to navigate to Display Process Order (COR3), where the component details can be viewed.
