Latest performance form shows Star rating instead of Dropdown in Android application

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the Latest Performance Management form experience and configure rating fields with dropdown rating style in the browser.
  2. Open an affected performance form on the Android mobile app.
  3. Navigate to a rating field in objectives/competencies.
  4. Observe that the Rating is displayed as Star.

Resolution

This is a known issue in the Android mobile app and is planned to be fixed with a new mobile release after September 23rd 2026.

Make sure to upgrade the Android application after September 23rd and retry.
