3794893 - Mobile app shows required field error for manual overall ratings

Symptom

Mobile app shows required field error for manual overall ratings that are already provided, rating changes are not saved.

Issue is replicable on both iOS and Android devices. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
  • SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the mobile app as the user's role responsible for finalizing the form.
  2. Provide an Overall Rating, select Apply, then Save.
  3. Tap Finalize.
  4. Observe that the system returns an error indicating the manual overall rating (required field) is not provided.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the 2609 mobile release.

Workaround: Send form in web or use route document tool.
