3794902 - SAP HANA Mini Check Alert: M0426 Row store table leak size (GB) accompanied with GC or delta merge errors

Symptom

You executed the HANA Mini Checks SQL Statement and found the following potential critical alert:
```
M0426: Row store table leak size (GB)
```
You could see the mvcc versions for rowstore is high and there are issues with garbage collection (GC) in indexserver trace
Your system is not under affected versions stated in SAP Note 2362759 - Row table memory leak on SPS11 (Rev111~112.05) and SPS12 (Rev120~122.01)
