3794910 - Freight invoice creation fails with MESSAGE_ERROR MSG_ERROR_CRITICAL

• When attempting to create a freight invoice, an error popup with the text "MESSAGE_ERROR / MSG_ERROR_CRITICAL" is displayed and no invoice is created.
• The error occurs in the Manage Freight Orders for Invoicing Fiori app after selecting a freight order and clicking Create Freight Invoice.
• Transaction ST22 may show an ABAP dump with runtime error BEHAVIOR_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT, application component BC-ESI-BOF, triggered during the save phase of the freight invoice creation.
