3794959 - Mass Changes to Projects: Performance degrades as the number of projects increases - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You use "Mass Changes to Projects" to mass update enterprise projects, such as release all the Created projects.
You find performance degradation as the number of projects increases, per-project average processing time increases progressively with larger number sizes.
This is the approximately average time when we test in internal system.
(Note: For testing purposes, we create enterprise project only, without any associated WBS elements.)
