Symptom

  • The messages have failed in SAP TH while reaching receiver with the GTIN and site combination is not allowed.
  • Messages are shown as Error or Failed status with the message - An internal server error occurred: the GTIN and site combination is not allowed.

Cause

The GTIN used for the transaction is not configured properly in the receiver system.

Resolution

Ensure that the GTIN and site combination correctly maintained in the message payload.

Required Payload Validation: 

  • Verify the GTIN and site information contained in the message payload.
  • Align with the partner to validate the GTIN and site combination used in the message transaction.
  • Correct the payload and reprocess the failed messages, if required.
