3794992 - Sales flexible workflow not triggered when creating credit memo request via DP92

Symptom

  • When creating a credit memo request (CMR) via transaction DP92, the SD flexible approval workflow is not triggered.
  • When creating or changing a CMR via transactions VA01 or VA02, the workflow is triggered as expected.
  • Manually changing the CMR after creation in VA02 triggers the workflow.
