Symptom

  • In SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), the "Sync in Progress" banner does not appear during the Auto-Sync (periodic sync / sync on save) process.
  • Synchronization executes correctly in the background, entities are downloaded, and a "Synchronization successful" toast notification appears upon completion.
  • The issue persists even after applying a patch or performing a standard client reset.
