3795000 - "Save Tile" option missing in MDA – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• When opening a customized query developed in the system, the option to save the tile is no longer available.

• Product: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open a customized analytical query created in the system using the Fiori-based tools.
2. Observe that the “Save Tile” option is not available.
3. Open a previously designed analytical query.
4. Observe that the “Save Tile” option is visible there.

• The development team confirmed that the MDA framework does not support the “Save Tile” function for customized analytical queries.

1. Refer to: KBA 2710858 - Custom Analytical Queries created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition are not visible in SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. In that KBA, follow the section “If you are using Custom Analytical Queries and Services (F1572A) application:” to create a custom application for the analytical query as an alternative to “Save Tile”.
