3795003 - Logical Position behavior during WT creation and common inconsistencies

Scenario A
Simultaneous Warehouse Task (WT) creation assigns the same logical position (LOGPOS) to multiple WTs:

• Two or more WTs are created within the same second (or within milliseconds of each other) for the same destination bin in a multi-deep storage type;
• Both WTs receive the same logical position (e.g., both get LOGPOS 02);
• The stacker crane or automated system cannot correctly process the WTs because the position assignment is inconsistent.

Scenario B
Error below is raised during WT creation:

• "Remaining bin depth of the storage bin is not sufficient
  Message no. /SCWM/CORE020"
• The error occurs even though the bin appears to have available capacity.
• The bin contains Handling Units (HUs), but one or more HUs are assigned to a lower logical position (e.g., LOGPOS 01) while deeper positions are free.
• EWM considers the bin full because position 01 (the outermost position) is occupied.
