3795014 - Audit Trail Records Performance Form Deletion by User Without Permission

• The audit trail records a user as having deleted a performance form, even though this user does not have authorization or permission to perform the deletion action.
• The deleted performance form belongs to a user who is inactive.

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

• The system automatically removed the in‑progress performance form when the employee was set to inactive during offboarding/termination.
• The audit trail records the session user who triggered the offboarding activity rather than the person who manually deleted the form or required delete permission.
• This is expected system behavior and does not indicate that the user manually deleted the form.

To prevent in‑progress forms of offboarded employees from being automatically removed in the future, enable the following option in the corresponding form template:

• Do Not Remove Inactive Employee’s In‑Progress Documents

This ensures that forms remain available even after the employee is set to inactive.
