3795028 - Error "Job scheduling terminated. See log." happens when scheduling payment proposals in Manage Automatic Payments App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Error "Job scheduling terminated. See log." happens when scheduling payment proposals in Manage Automatic Payments App (App ID: F0770).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Automatic Payments app.
2. Create payment run parameters and attempt to schedule the corresponding payment proposals.
3. Observe that the error "Job scheduling terminated. See log." is raised. 

This error is caused by the restriction type misconfiguration in the account payables related roles.

Specifically, for the restriction type "CompanyCode/Payment" (BUKRS_CLPAYM), the invalid value "5" is assigned to the restriction field Automatic Payment Type even though valid values are "1, 2, 3, 4" only.  

1. Remove Automatic Payment Type value "5" from the restriction field (or adjust the values to the allowed ones only).
2. Re-schedule the payment proposals as usual.
