3795029 - Job Relationship not Saving for Rehire with Old Employment in Onboarding - Onboarding

The job relationship records added for "rehire with old employment" cannot be saved.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding from recruiting with hire type "rehire with old employment".
2. Select the candidate as "rehire with old employment".
3. Go to Onboarding Dashboard > New Hire Data > Job Relationship: it is empty.
4. Manually add a job relationship and save.
5. Reopen New Hire Data > Job Relationship: the record is still missing.

• A job relationship of the same type already exists for the user in the database with an effective date in the past relative to the new rehire start date.
• During rehire with old employment, the system filtered the newly added job relationship as a duplicate (based on existing type) and skipped saving it, leaving New Hire Data empty.

Please create a ticket to LOD-SF-OBX-RHM to request running the script to enable the system configuration to validate job relationships by effective start date during rehire with old employment saves.
