Symptom

A Sales Quote remains in Approved status after approval-relevant data is modified.

  • Changes to the Sales Quote do not automatically trigger a new approval process.
  • Approval thresholds are not re-evaluated after the quote has already been approved.
  • The quote continues to display the Approved status even though the modified values may require a different approval level.
