While generating settlement rule for internal projects in "Generate Settlement Rules - Projects" app, below error occurs:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

"Internal Projects" (P002) do not support settlement rule strategy. 

In case you want to settle the costs, you need to manually maintain the settlement rules for the project and run the period end settlement at the end of the month.
