Symptom

The Approval Flow Navigator displays all configured approval steps, including steps whose routing conditions are not met.

  • Approval steps that do not apply to the current case remain visible in the navigator.
  • Non-applicable steps are displayed with the status Not Applicable.
  • These steps are skipped during approval processing but continue to appear in the approval flow view.
