3795114 - Empty team member row cannot be deleted in app "Manage Teams and Responsibilities" after CE2608 upgrade

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608, empty member rows appear in specific teams in the Manage Teams and Responsibilities app.

As shown in the screenshot below, the empty row has blank Business Partner, Full Name, and User ID fields, while the Functions column contains a filled placeholder with no associated user.

The row cannot be deleted or updated — any changes do not persist after saving.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

1. Open the Manage Teams and Responsibilities app.
2. Search for and open an affected team, navigate to the Team Members section.
3. Observe an empty member row in the list 
4. Switch to Edit mode and attempt to delete the empty row.
5. Click Save, the empty row appears to be temporarily removed; however, upon refreshing the page, the empty row reappears and persists.

It is known issue in current version.

It will be fixed in HFC04, targeted to reach systems by 14 September 2026.
