The Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability (CC-305) form displays an outdated OMB expiration date in the Compliance section for U.S.-based applicants and employees. The form shows 06/30/2026, but it should display 07/31/2029.

No error messages are presented.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Start an onboarding process for a U.S.-based applicant or employee.
2. Navigate to the Compliance section.
3. Open the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability (CC-305) form.
4. Observe that the OMB expiration date displays 06/30/2026 instead of 07/31/2029.

1. A patch to correct the CC-305 form’s expiration date is scheduled for Sept 14th 2026.
2. Continue using the current form until the patch is deployed.
3. For status updates on the patch (monitored under OBX-44861), contact your Account Executive or Cloud Support Manager.
