  • Business copies email text into a note; the entered data is cleared and not saved.
  • Error message appears: "Please enter a note content." with code COLL_PR_MSG/030.
  • The OData request payload shows Notetext is empty ('').
  • SAP Gateway error log records COLL_PR_MSG/030 for service UI_PROCESSRECEIVABLES_MAN.
