3795203 - Check and Export disabled in Export software collection app for locked CALENDAR collection - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

Symptom

  • It is not possible to unlock CALENDAR collection.
  • Check and Export actions are disabled although the collection shows status "Changes Exist"
  • Running Unlock returns "Collection Factory and Holiday Calendar Collection (CALENDAR) is not locked."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Export Software Collection app.
  2. Open the Factory and Holiday Calendar Collection (CALENDAR) and verify the current version shows Changes Exist and that FACTORY_CALENDAR is listed as Changed.
  3. Observe that Check and Export actions are disabled.
  4. Choose Unlock and note the message: "Collection Factory and Holiday Calendar Collection (CALENDAR) is not locked."
  5. Reopen the collection and confirm Check and Export remain disabled.

Resolution

The correction was delivered over the past weekend (22-23. August).
