3795205 - Transport import stops in step 'Import ABAP Dictionary Objects'

After implementing SAP Notes, you are trying to import the transport to the next system. The transport stops in step 'Import ABAP Dictionary Objects' without further action, and no error is recorded in transport log.

You have tried to re-import the same TR but still the same.

Checking the transport content by SE01, it has included not only dictionary objects(like tables, data elements etc), and also repository objects(like programs, functions etc.) . No activation error has been found.
