3795207 - Change Audit Report Shows Blank Old/New Values for RBP Role Changes

The "Change Audit Report (RBP Role Change)" shows blank values on New and/or Old Values columns.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Generate the RBP Role Change Report for a given period.
2. Observe entries with Operation = U (Update) and/or I (Insert) where Old Value and/or New Value fields are blank.

A role or role assignment was saved without actual changes (empty or non-modifying save).

This is expected behavior. 

> The 'empty or non-modifying save' still creates an audit event for the role assignment or group. 
Because no field value changed, the report row appears with Update/Insert operation and blank Old/New values.
