3795287 - France eReporting: eDocument Cockpit and EDOC_FR_EREP texts are not displayed in French

Symptom

In the France eReporting scenario, certain texts in the eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT), generated XML files, and transaction EDOC_FR_EREP are displayed in English although the system/logon language is set to French.
The issue is independent of the login language used.
