3795344 - Keyboard Focus Disappears After Closing the 'Success' Popup

When using a keyboard to create a new goal and closing the success dialog, the keyboard focus disappears.

Select the Close button

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Log into SuccessFactors using a keyboard
2. In the upper left corner, select the hamburger icon > Goals
3. Select the Performance Goals tab
4. Select the Create Goal button
5. Select Create from Scratch
6. Populate the fields > Save
7. In the popup, select Close
8. Focus disappears

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in the 2H 2026 release.
