3795353 - Custom tokens intermittently not resolving in custom task completion notifications

Intermittent issue where custom tokens in custom notifications assigned to the custom task completion event are not resolving.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the custom onboarding task.
2. Review the notifications in Email Services, email sent but custom tokens not getting resolved.

When the custom task is completed via proxy by a user who lacks permission for the Document Generation module in this context, custom token resolution fails.

1. Verify that the Document Generation feature is enabled for the instance.
2. Grant proxy permissions for the Document Generation module to any users who complete custom onboarding tasks on behalf of others (via proxy).
