3795364 - Change History shows 'modified on' timestamp in UTC instead of user's time zone

In the Compensation Audit (Change History), the "Modified On" timestamp does not reflect the user's local time zone and appears in UTC.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Go to Executive Review
2. Open a Compensation Template
3. Select Change History icon
4. Observe that the "Modified On" column displays timestamps in UTC instead of the user's local time zone

Working as designed. The Change History "Modified On" timestamp displays in UTC by default rather than the user's locale/timezone.
