3795378 - New rules for base tax deduction for Individual Income Tax

Symptom

According to the newly clarified legal requirements for the Republic of Kazakhstan, the base tax deduction for Individual Income Tax (IIT / ИПН) must be applied strictly on a monthly basis, limited to 30 MCI per month and 360 MCI per year, without carrying over any unused portion of the monthly deduction to subsequent months.
