3795406 - Performance Form Confirmation Popup Says Form Will Route To Completion Instead of Routing to Next Step

After configuring a form with a hidden step to be triggered by a business rule, routing the form to the next step shows a popup saying You're about to submit this form for completion. A copy of the form will be sent to your Completed folder.
