3795406 - Performance Form Confirmation Popup Says Form Will Route To Completion Instead of Routing to Next Step

Symptom

After configuring a form with a hidden step to be triggered by a business rule, routing the form to the next step shows a popup saying You're about to submit this form for completion. A copy of the form will be sent to your Completed folder.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Launch a performance form with hidden steps activated by a business rule.
  2. Populate the form details
  3. Select the option to submit the form to the next step
  4. The confirmation pop-up states the form will be submitted for completion

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in the 2H 2026 release.
