3795462 - SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App: Pay Statement Shows Logged-In User's Data Instead of Target Employee's Data

When accessing the Payroll / Pay Statement section of another employee's profile via the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App (iOS or Android), tapping on any of the pay statement records incorrectly opens the Pay Statement PDF/details of the logged-in user instead of the target employee. For example, viewing User ABC's profile while logged in as User XYZ displays User XYZ's pay statement data. This issue does not occur via desktop or mobile browser.

A client-side regression bug was introduced in Mobile App version 17.1.3 (Build 2607e3), released around July 30, 2026. During the Pay Statement API call, the target profile context (target UserId) is incorrectly overwritten by the logged-in user context (logged-in UserId).

This defect is fixed in the Mobile 2609 release. Update the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App to the latest version available in the App Store (Apple/Google/Tencent) once the 2609 release is published.
