3795484 - Pay Statement History Limited to 3 Records When Viewing Another Employee's Profile - SuccessFactors Mobile App

When accessing the Payroll / Pay Statement section of another employee's profile via the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App (iOS or Android), only the latest 3 pay statements are displayed under "Compensation Summary." There is no option to scroll, paginate, or load older records. The "Go to Pay History" navigation is not available. This behavior does not occur when accessing the same profile via a desktop or mobile browser.

This is expected behavior by design. In the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App, the "Go to Pay History" navigation in the PPX Pay Statement Card is intentionally not shown when the target user is different from the logged-in user. All native pay-related modules in the app display data scoped to the logged-in user only. Since pay history is a personal data view tied to the logged-in user's own records, pagination and deeper history navigation are not exposed in a proxy/delegate context.

No resolution required as this is working as designed. To view the full pay statement history of another employee, use the desktop browser or a mobile browser, where this limitation does not apply.
