3795495 - Cannot define Access Rights within Bulk Quote Reassignment

• Issues with adding “Bulk quote reassign rights”
• Unable to find users in “Reassign selected quotes to” within Bulk Quote Reassignment page
• Thrown to Catalog page after selecting "Add New"

In order to reproduce appropriately, user should have access to setup page Bulk Quote Reassignment granted through Permission Group, not at individual level.

1. Within CPQ, go to Setup
2. Open Bulk Quote Reassignment page
3. In Reassign Rights, select Add New
4. CPQ updates and open Catalog page
5. Error "Unauthenticated Access Attempt" thrown in developer console.

The issue is caused by a bug: users can see the Bulk Quote Reassignment page via permission groups but cannot perform actions without the permission explicitly granted to the individual user.

• To appropriately work in Bulk Quote Reassignment page, user should be granted administrator access through Access Rights directly (should not be granted at permission group level).
• Fix will be delivered in 2611 release.
