3795522 - STOs Subject to QM-Based Stock Type Determination After Upgrade

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2025 or higher, the Stock Type field on the Delivery tab of an STO is automatically defaulted based on the QM configuration in the material master.

For example, if the material has Inspection Type 01 active and the Post to Inspection Stock indicator set, the stock type defaults to Quality Inspection. Similarly, if the material is configured for blocked stock, the stock type defaults accordingly.

Prior to the upgrade, the same material and QM configuration resulted in the stock type always defaulting to Unrestricted Use on STOs, regardless of the QM material master settings.
