  • Joule has been enabled in the application tenant but the query or Joule prompt is not providing the expected response.
  • In S/4 HANA public cloud system trying a prompt with General ledger gives a response saying that "I cannot retrieve the information due to system limitations, as I currently do not have access to the real-time financial data or APIs required to pull this specific transactional information. "
