Symptom

Two submit history entries appear for the same purchase requisition (PR) at the same time from the same user

  • Duplicate purchase requisitions may be created in ERP as part of a Realtime Budget Check (RTBC)
  • The PR may have pending approval node but the Purchase Order is already created.
