From where does Datasphere take the user's local time information?

SAP Datasphere

All time related information in Datasphere is stored and handled in UTC time.

For user visualization, however, the time zone related information in Datasphere is shifted according to the connected user's location (the time user accessed the tenant, in Activities log, for example).
The local time information is taken from the user's browser local time.
This is by design and cannot be changed.
