3795571 - Hyperlink in statement PDF view cannot work

In PDF view, when a hyperlink wraps onto two lines, the first-line segment of the hyperlink is unclickable and does not trigger navigation.

The hyperlink has been split by different page which cause the issue.

Add the extra <br> in front of the section, move the entire section down by one line
