3795666 - Welcome page is displayed instead of IDP login page when access SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) after tenant migration from NEO to CF.

Symptom

  • The issue happened after SAC tenant is migrated from NEO to CF.
  • Opening the tenant URL does not display the expected login page.
  • After redirecting to the authentication login endpoint, the page shows only a static "Welcome" heading instead of the identity provider (IdP) login interface.
