3795681 - Cannot change header names of custom attributes in my inbox for purchase order approval sap s/4hana cloud public edition

• Unable to change the header names (labels) of custom attributes in the My Inbox Approve Purchase Order scenario.
• Additional fields such as Purchasing Group Description and Supplier Code Description are added and visible, as they were added via Business configuration(SSCUI 106664)
• The Plant field was added via enhancement Badi; its label cannot be changed.
• No option exists in standard configuration to rename custom attribute labels shown in My Inbox for PO approval.
• No error messages or error codes are displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the My Inbox app and navigate to Approve Purchase Order tasks.
2. Add custom attributes for example Plant.
3. Attempt to rename or change the header/label of these custom attributes in the list or expert mode view.
4. Observe that no option is available to change the labels.

My Inbox is not enabled for UI adaptation and labels of custom attributes (including expert mode filter bar fields) cannot be changed.

1. Acknowledge that changing or renaming custom attribute labels in My Inbox (Approve Purchase Order) is currently not supported.
2. If this capability is required, submit a feature request through the Customer Influence program (refer to the note below).
