Symptom

  • Weight capture via weighbridge on Windows 11 fails while it works on Windows 10.
  • Error shown: “OLE_FLUSH_CALL is failing with exception CALL_METHOD_FAILED = 2, returning sy-subrc = 2.”
  • Failure occurs when creating ActiveX object MSCOMMLib.MSComm.1.
