3795984 - Fiori Catalogs Missing or Displaying Blank Tiles Without Titles / Subtitles

Symptom

  • After upgrading to SAP_UI 758 or higher (S/4HANA 2023+), custom Fiori catalogs exported via Launchpad Content Manager (/UI2/FLPCM_CUST) exhibit one or both of the following behaviors in downstream systems (QA/Prod):
    1. Missing Catalogs: The custom catalog page is completely missing or invisible in target clients.  
    2. Blank Tiles / Missing Titles: The catalog page appears after transport/repair, but tile titles, subtitles, and group headers are completely blank or missing.
