3795999 - Cannot finalize MAWB: subcontracting-relevant but no carrier assigned

• When attempting to set the MAWB Finalized status on an Air Freight Booking, the system raises the following error: /SCMTMS/TOR 325: "Cannot finalize MAWB Air Booking &1; subcontracting-relevant but no carrier assigned""
• The MAWB Finalized status cannot be set and the booking execution status remains unchanged.
• The error occurs even though a carrier code is visible in the Issuing Carrier Airline Code / Local Carrier field on the booking header.
