3796050 - STXH records not found for AEOI long text of Engineering Change Numbers in S/4HANA

Symptom

In ECC system, AEOI long text records for change numbers can be found in table STXH by filtering field TDNAME using *<change number>* (wildcard search). In S/4 HANA system, the same query returns no results.
