3796056 - Loading Begin not possible until MAWB Finalized on Air Freight Booking

• When reporting an execution event such as Loading Begin against an Air Freight Booking, either manually via the Execution Status menu in the UI or via inbound XML processing (for example, TransportationEventBulkNotification_In from an external system), the system raises the following error: /SCMTMS/TOR_EV_PROC 003: "Loading Begin is not possible until the execution status is set to 'MAWB Finalized' first".
• The event is rejected and the execution status of the booking remains unchanged.
• The same error applies to other execution events reported before MAWB Finalized is set.
