3796061 - Error message "Flow control: Entry SAPMV45B, EID1, P0, PEXT, *   , * is missing in T185", Message no. V0102.

Symptom

After creating a custom field and adding him at item level of multiple sales documents (E.G: sales orders, sales quotations...), when double clicking the field the error message below is appearing:

  • "Flow control: Entry SAPMV45B, EID1, P0, PEXT, *   , * is missing in T185", Message no. V0102

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a custom field
  2. Deploy this custom field at item level
  3. Open the sales orders in VA01/03 or sales quotation
  4. Go to the item level of the document
  5. Double click the fields
  6. See the error Message no. V0102 appear. 

Cause

This is a behavior which originates from the previous ECC versions of S4HANA, it is a known issue by SAP Side, however it is considered a non critical one.

Resolution

For now, the workaround offered by SAP is that the action of double clicking in the field should be avoided.
