3796062 - Joule response is different for the same query for two different users

• When raising a query like "Show me material <num>" the response back from Joule is "To retrieve detailed material master data for material <num>, I also need the plant number where this material data should be retrieved. Could you please provide the plant number?. This is the right response as one of mandatory parameter that is needed for retrieval is plant number. The same query for a different user executes successfully and retrieves a result. 
• This type of difference in response can happen with regards to any query for any Joule Integrated Scenario.
