Resolution
To onboard a new TraceLink TPI connection, raise an incident under the following SAP component: IS-LS-TH-OBT (SAP Traceability Hub Onboarding Team)
Ensure that the incident contains the following information:
- Customer details
- Partner details (GLN)
- Any relevant onboarding requirements or connection specifications
The SAP Traceability Hub Onboarding Team will review the request and coordinate the onboarding process for the new TraceLink TPI connection.
