Symptom

  • When a user prompts for a navigational or transactional capability in Joule, the response is not adequate, for example "I cannot display the details for <scenario> at the moment due to system limitations. Would you like me to walk you through how to find the details?".
  • This is applicable to all integrated Solutions that are synced with Work Zone and rely on ibn_targets.
