"Posting Date" cannot be defined as dynamic date. Specifically, posting date should be automatically filled with today's date (sy-datum).

Standard behaviour.

The Posting Date field in the eDocument creation job is a static selection parameter. The framework does not support dynamic date variables, such as the current system date (SY-DATUM), for this field.

As a result, the date entered when the job is scheduled is stored as a fixed value and remains unchanged for subsequent executions. The Posting Date is therefore not automatically updated to the current date when the scheduled job runs.
